Cutting edge training room designed for the sports community to help enhance recovery, prevent injuries, and improve performance. We are an open-to-the public training room providing access to state-of-the-art recovery tools and services, including: compression boots, muscle stimulation, full submersion ice bath, ice/heat pack therapy, therapeutic tools and on-site injury assessments. We also offer advanced massage techniques, including ART (Active Release Techniques), Graston Techniques, and myofascial release techniques to help you combat chronic soft tissue dysfunctions, nerve entrapments, and scar tissue buildup.

CRR is the first open-to-the-public training room providing access to state of the art recovery tools.
Owner, Liz Yerly saw a need for this type of recovery center in her everyday practice as a physical therapist. She would encounter endurance athletes and other high performing athletes, often times with delayed onset muscle soreness from a buildup of lactic acid in the tissue, or even more frustrating overuse injuries that have the potential to be eliminated or decreased with simple recovery tools and proper training.

Liz Y.
Business Owner
Liz Yerly received her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Marquette University in 2004. Prior to obtaining her Physical Therapy degree, she completed her Athletic Training Certification in 2002 and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2003.
Liz provides individualized, hands-on patient care with a focus on soft tissue dysfunction. She completed her full body Active Release Certification in 2008, and has volunteered at numerous triathlon and marathon races, including the Madison, WI Ironman. She is also part of the medical staff for the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) and Broadway in Chicago Performing Arts team.
Liz works as a part-time physical therapist for Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers in the Southloop where she treats a wide variety of patients. She has experience treating anyone from the collegiate athlete to the weekend warrior. She also sees many common orthopedic injuries, including post surgical patients and overuse in
