When I came to this piece of feces in late summer 2007, I did not like it, and now that I’ve returned to it twice within the past week, I HATE IT EVEN MORE!!!
I hate the attitude of the freakin’ staff members, and I hate how not-​on-​time they are! This past Saturday, me and several others waited more than 20 minutes for the punks to open up, and it’s suppose to open at 9! We didn’t enter that joint until around 9:30, because it was supposedly short on staff! They act like they don’t care at this branch, about anything hardly. One of them does nothing but complain about the work she has to do it seems.
Another thing I hate is the fact that you have to wait a lonnnng time to use a computer at this place, unlike at nearby Thurgood Marshall branch on 75th & Racine. I stayed here from 9:30 to 3:30 in the afternoon, waiting to use my two computer reservations. I wouldn’t have waited that long if I was at Thurgood Marshall, and I sure in the hell wouldn’t have waited anywhere near as long if I were at Harold Washington Library downtown!
Bomb this joint (figuratively though). I hate it!
