Our whole team loves Michael from Chicago on Call. Every tech problem we throw at him (and we have plenty) gets resolved with the same calm, efficient professionalism. Nothing seems to phase or stump him.
I’m not sure who in our office chose him as our point guy on technology issues, but they made the right call (no pun intended).
