Having a casino party? DO NOT use this company. They completely ruined my mom’s 75th birthday. They made one mistake after the other and worst of all they shorted me a dealer (3 tables-​2 dealers.) Dealers are pretty crucial to a casino party. Instead of sending a replacement dealer they called me 15 minutes AFTER my party started to say that she won’t be attending, and there is no one else to fill in for her. It ruined the whole flow of the night because the dealers they did send had no clue how to deal the games they were stuck with. I had to have family members step in and deal instead of being guests at the party. It was terribly run, and the aftermath of how they handled the situation was even worse. There are plenty of companies out there, use someone else that has professionalism and respect for their clients.

What a great time! I attended a corporate party last night and CC&PR made the night so much fun. The dealers were great, very funny and professional, and it seemed like they were making a conscious effort to ensure everyone at the tables was having fun. All of the equipment was high quality. All and all, it was very professional and organized. I want to throw a party so I could have this company come out. What a blast!

We threw a birthday party for my mom and hired this company. First off, let me say how impressed I was with the staff. We had kids, teenagers, young professionals and a lot of older family there. The staff knew how to get everyone involved and taught those who didn’t understand some of the table games. They looked good/​professional and were entertaining our guests while they worked. They were on time and when we requested for them to stay later they were reasonable with the add-​on charge. I’m still hearing how much fun our guests had. I wouldn’t throw another party without hiring these guys… they were awesome! Thanks for everything!

We just had an event where we rented tables from Chicago Casino & Poker Rentals. They were great! The staff arrived on time, the tables looked great, and everything went off without a hitch. All of the staff at the event were very friendly and took the time to help guests learn to play if needed. They were also very helpful in providing both funny money and the raffle tickets for our prizes — I would definitely work with this company again for a future event.

I worked with Chicago Casino & Poker Rentals for a 50th birthday party this last weekend, and have nothing but excellent comments to share! Their customer service was outstanding — Shay was incredibly responsive to all of my emails and phone calls, provided detailed information that was completely accurate and alleviated all of my concerns. She made suggestions that were very helpful, provided vivid descriptions of the tables we were going to use, along with sizes so we could make sure the space we were using was sufficient. The dealers were very friendly and helpful to guests who weren’t familiar with some of the games (we had craps, blackjack and Texas Holdem… all were a huge hit)! Everyone had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Chicago Casino & Poker Rentals!

I wanted to plan something special for my father’s 60th birthday. From start to finish, everyone was extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The planners I worked with made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. The dealers were great – we had a wide age range at the party and they were funny and interactive with everyone. Everyone had such a great time (my father is especially hard to please!) and commented on how different it was from any other birthday party they’d been to. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to do something unique and memorable!

AMAZING!!! This past weekend I had my husband and brother’s 30th birthday party using Chicago Casino… it was THE BEST PARTY EVER! We had three tables (Blackjack, Let it Ride and Texas Hold Em’).all the dealers were wonderful and friendly. The main dealer, Tony, started off on the right foot with me letting me know, «Im the boss, so whatever I want goes!», which was great :). They were very professional and patienet with all the guests. A majority of our guests were new to gambling/​poker so the dealers actually taught most of the guests how to play the games which was appreciated!
I only booked the company for 4hours. and I wish I booked it for more. EVERY guests raved about the party and how much fun they had and several people said they want to throw their own casino party as well! At first I felt the cost was a bit high, and the company «threw in» a couple slot machines (which I was addicted to!)…the cost was well worth the service and the enjoyment we got from using them.
I would DEFINATELY recommend this company if you are interested in hosting a Casino themed party!!!
