We had our awning replaced at our home. They were quick to respond and very professional. We had questions regarding our installments and an individual called us back in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for your awning needs. They were professional and very prompt!

I had two awnings installed by Chesterfield in 2007 and 2008 over my front and back doors. We just had one recovered and another installed over the garage entry door this summer. I was shown a rendering of what the awning will look like before submitting an order so I could play with colors and styles which was very professional. Considering adding a permanent overhang is thousands of dollars and I haven’t had very good luck with contractors quality lately, awnings have turned out to be reasonably cost effective at providing the same benefit. Chesterfield is clearly building these things really well, the frames have stood up to 2 feet of snow and they’re obviously installed really well against the house.

I fully expected to have as great a relationship with this company as many of the reviews I saw listed, however that was NOT the case. I made an appt. for a free estimate and Russ came out on time, in fact he was 30 minutes early for the 11:30 Monday morning appt. We talked, he did the measurements and said he would email me 3 estimates for different lengths of awning for my backyard deck the next day. The next day I received no emails for him, No phone calls either. I waited the following day, no estimates. No calls. The next day NO estimates. No calls. Finally, on the 5^th day I called the store. They were closed, it was a Saturday. And, of course, they were closed on Sunday. Well, by then I was fed up and decided, «if this is the way they treat me before they get my money, how the heck are they going to treat me once they get a deposit or the rest of my money?» I did finally received an estimate on the following Monday. I emailed my feelings back to Russ and his excuse was that he was busy and had 5 or 6 customers a day. «Fine» but I’ll do my business elsewhere!

I couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience from Chesterfield. Great mocks ups, great follow, perfect execution, etc. You certainly get what you pay for. I would recommend the Ed and Matt team any day of the week!
