I usually frequent your Orland park or oak Brook location I was at your place in Chicago and wow… Very disappointed, I’ll start with our fried came to the table 6 mins. Before our meal camel wth??? Waitress did not bring me lemons for my water like I asked and the wait for a seat was 45 mins not 10 like I was told.

Yes, it is National Cheesecake Day which calls for longer waits and more business. Luckily, my mother and I grabbed a table in the bar section(first come/first serve) within about 10 minutes of arriving. SERVICE: BAD! Our waiter seemed to be out of it. Every time we asked for something he forgot. It would take 2 – 3 times asking or having to ask another sever before getting something. FOOD: I ordered a Kid’s gluten-free pasta with Alfredo. My mother had Spaghetti with Meatball which she liked. When my pasta came out it was not done with a hard texture. I know GF has a different texture but this was terrible! I sent it back and within 10−15mins I had a fresh bowl. This was somewhat better but not the best GF pasta I have had. Thankfully the manager took off my pasta! CHEESECAKE: This restaurant has one cheesecake that is currently gluten-free: Godiva Chocolate. It is delicious and definitely the best part of the meal. Also, because it is National Cheesecake Day it was half-price! I would recommend skipping the food and maybe going for dessert. You can also just order the cheesecake To-Go through the bakery.

I literally signed up for Unilocal just to write this review. I’ve ordered pick up from this location about 5 times in the last month and every single time something was wrong. The first time I walked home with the wrong salad. the second time I learned my lesson and checked the bag(I had the wrong salad again). The third and fourth time the salad was missing ingredients but I’d already walked home. And tonight, I got home and realized they gave me the wrong dressing. I know they probably don’t care about quality control because this location is so popular, but be warned! Check every single takeout item closely before you walk away!

Staying with my family on Michigan Ave. and needed somewhere to eat. Walked into a very crowded Cheesecake Factory and headed straight for the bar. We found an open table quickly but it was quite dirty. The service was great, however, the food was less than desirable. We shared the nachos that were just«ok». This location in general lacked the charm. Will not return, mostly based on that I don’t come down to river north often.

If you have a large group of people and everyone wants something different then this is the place to go. Their signature lettuce wraps are excellent(pricey). This one is right below the John Hancock Building and gets very crowded and the seats are VERY close to one another and loud. Not a great place for a quiet date unless you get a booth in the back. As for the cheesecakes, there are so many to choose from and I have never had a bad one yet. The lemon meringue is a recent one I’ve tried and if you like lemon it’s fabulous. There is a little bit of coconut in it. Definitely worth a try but beware it is pricey.

After many trips to downtown Chicago, where tourism is huge, it is a nice to find a place where the staff is genuinely professioal and sincerely kind. The Cheescake Factory in the John Hancock Towers is a great place to relax and eat a delicious meal. The staff is happy and even the cooks and bus boys are smiling. Everyone there is generallly just«happy!» The friendly hostess, who is bright and conversational seatee me and stuck a a coverstion and asked me about my stay The waiter ‚(named Daniel M) was also bright, friendly, calm, and professional,. As I ate my appetizer I watched this truly happy staff be jovial and congenial with the customers, and each other! Wow. My crab and cream cheese won ton type appetizer(do not remember the specific name, was delicious I also orerded the Chicken Regatta, which was also very nicley prepared. In a place where literally millions travel to for shopping, dining, and cultural events, and many of the tourist employees are rude, this place is THE exception. A classic piece of cheescake with a nice hot cup of Earl Grey Tea completed my visit to the Cheesecake Factory. All of them were smiling.,. not one grumpy face in this place, So refreshing to have that customer service. And I have visited many places on Magnificent Mile. So go visit them!
