Chase Bank

The tellers at this location are typically polite and helpful, but my last time in the branch I had to sit down at a desk and speak with someone about closing my account. I was treated in an incredibly condescending and impolite manner. Exasperated sighs and rolled eyes were thrown my way. It was bad enough that I ended the interaction before it was complete and made an excuse to leave, which felt like as much of a relief to them as it was to me. The entire transaction left me feeling like they thought I was lesser and stupid.
I completely understand that everyone’s bound to have some «off» days when they don’t want to deal with clients, but the poor attitude from this one associate was extensive enough that I will make a point not to return to this location.

A teller at this branch allowed someone to take thousands of dollars from my 2 Chase bank accounts using my debit card four days after I reported my debit card stolen. Withdrawal slips were messy and inaccurate, and their attempt at my signature a clear forgery. I’d express more rage here, but what else do you say? Watch out, folks.

I feel like people don’t come on Unilocal enough to talk about outstanding service. I went into this Chase branch today after being frustrated at a different one. I just needed some check copies printed that I had deposited over the course the last year or so. It ended up being 12 checks. The first branch I went to, first told me that was something I could do myself. After explaining to them for 10 minutes that it only lets me view a couple months back they finally told me they could put in an order for them and it would cost me $ 5 dollars per image. I told them I could not do that and left.
So after school today, I decided to stop at the Chase branch near there. On a whim, I asked again if I could get the 12 checks printed. The bank teller sent me over to Katrina. She was unsure if the task I was asking was possible, but instead of sending me away, she took the time to find out. After a quick phone call, Katrina learned the exact procedure in printing the checks, which appeared to be a pretty tedious task. She never even seemed slightly annoyed with the task as she went through each check individually to have them printed! I just want to say thank you, Katrina, for your excellent customer service.

I went in here yesterday to wire money to another bank.
I didn’t end up doing that but I did get helped with my online banking to set up the option to wire money through payment options.
The young lady banker was really helpful and explained how to set everything up.
I was able to get my money where it needed to go.
Service: excellent.
Speed:: excellent.

Total disappointment.
You go to the bank to get some services from the place where is holding your money. The last thing which could happen at this specific branch.
