Great place if you’re a guy and you want cheap drinks! The bartenders are eye candy but once you mature, you’ll appreciate the cheap drinks and multiple tvs. Not a place for women! There are never more than 2 in the bar at anytime.

Horribly unattetentive jib by bar-​keeps they keep to their own haven’t been there in years & definitely will never be back. Tear this dump down, it’s a neighborhood eyesore just driving by!!! I did not give this craphole 1 star Unilocal made me for the wonderful review. Why is it still open.

Went there years ago. After reading other reviews I am thinking maybe the «ladies» working the bar might be the daughter of whichever tootsie was working years ago! I just remember she carded me and there was no way I looked younger than her. Also extra special attention given to my boyfriend and his friend. Not me. A female. I believe some of the same loud drunken Polish men were there that night too !! Never cared to go back.

The bar is not swanky, nor is it your typical «come hither and enjoy a beer» kind of bar. There are always drunks, yelling at the top of thier lungs when they leave and the clientele has much to be desired minus the quiet surrounding neighborhood to which I find typical. Not very inviting at all.

Dam the bartender. She is better looking that what you would see on the 91 floor high rise downtown bars. Aside from that this is a very scary bar that I have only seen men in and the televisions are awfully placed around the bar.

I love Charlottes. The drinks are kind of pricey but they keep alot of Polish eye candy behind the bar, If you know what I mean. ITS A VERY NICE!
