Easily the worst experience I could have imagined working with an agent. My agent, Alex, was repeatedly incompetent. Our first meeting, scheduled nearly a week in advance, was ruined by the fact that he had zero actual properties to show me. He continually asked the same questions after I’d answered them and was constantly trying to sway me to look at areas outside of the specific areas of interest I had told him. He was staggeringly unfit for this job, and it showed through at every opportunity. He failed to have access to properties, failed to let us know when he was unable to show certain properties, and was even less competent that two untrained people (myself and my girlfriend) when trying to find properties to view. We found more than twice as many places to view independently. I would not recommend Castle Keepers Realty, or at least their agent Alex, to anyone ever. Would give less than one star if possible.
