I toured this facility and overheard one of the employees (Lenis or Venus) talking about having an affair with someone that was married. She went on for so long, talking about the details of this in earshot of the children. I was embarrassed for her but, more importantly, appalled at the fact that this was happening around the children. It made me realize this facility is not for me. I have toured many day care programs and was never so turned off. Her unprofessionalism was abhorrent and I would never allow a woman like that to be near my daughter, let alone take care of her. Casa Central needs to have better policies and/​or do a better job vetting their candidates for employment.
