In addition to securing intellectual property rights through the preparation and filing of applications, we are experienced in litigation, asserting/defending our clients’ rights against others, and can handle any and all IP related matters.
We quote flat fees wherever possible to ensure that all projects stay within budget and that there are no surprises or hidden costs. For more information about our experience, services and Intellectual Property in general, please visit our web site.
History
Established in 2010.
Caliber has assisted clients ranging from small to Fortune 500 corporations with obtaining hundreds of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. We also study and search for competitive IP, and provide opinions that enable clients to best determine their growth strategies.
However, we believe it is far more important for clients to have valuable and enforceable IP. Drawing from our own experiences as business owners, inventors, engineers, and large firm lawyers, we know how to help clients maximize their business positions in competitive fields. We don’t want you to just have another piece of IP. We want you to grow, be competitive, and maximize your business potential.
