Well, I’ve lived in the Rogers Park area for my whole entire life and I can tell you that this has been the only laundry I visit. Environment is great, staff is always friendly no matter the time of day! Owner is very friendly as well.

This place is a decent, clean, and relatively cheap laundry option for Rogers Park.
However, it has some issues with customer service. I went there on a weekday afternoon when the place was dead, and there were two employers working. I had to fiddle with the door of my machine for a full two minutes to get it to close in full view of one of the employees, who was sitting in a chair staring off into space, and not once did she offer to help me. I was also a little annoyed that neither employee knew the wi-​if password, and seemed confused about my question (I understand if they don’t offer wi-​fi, but you should at least know whether you do or not). I got the distinct impression the employees were there to keep the machines running and sell detergent, not to help customers. Maybe it’s better when the owner is working, but judging from these two employees I wouldn’t trust this place with alterations or anything requiring you to interact with a human being.
That being said, who really cares about customer service from a laundromat? The washers range from $ 2-​$ 4 for small to large machines, and the drier is a quarter for 10 minutes. The place is pretty clean. It’s on a busy enough street yo don“t feel like you’re going to get stabbed while folding your underwear. That’s all anybody can really ask for in this city, so. I give it a pass. But look elsewhere if you want drycleaning or anything special.

A great little family owned laundromat in the neighborhood. One of the cleanest facilities I have ever been to and the owner is super nice and accommodating. A very refreshing feel! Best prices in the area as well.
