Parking is available on site along with other building amenities such as a fitness center and roof deck– in case you want to host an event for your clients!

History

Established in 2014.

The Bradley Business Center used to be the headquarters of a Fortune 500 company. In the past 15 years, the Fortune 500 company vacated the building which was then purchased by Hansen Realty and Centrum Partners. Since purchasing the building, we have completed our shared office space along with adding numerous building improvements

Brett joined Hansen Realty in November 2013 as a recent graduate from The University of Wisconsin. Brett has a strong background in sales and finance and looks to utilize those skill as an employee of Hansen Realty and The Bradley Business Center.

The new shared office at Bradley Business center is great. The location is ideal for me conveniently near the highway and in the middle of the north side. I really like the new conference room and the wifi is super fast.
