History

Established in 2009.

Brad began working in real estate in 2005 by consulting with realtors by staging and photographing their listings to better market them. However, he soon realized his knowledge of architecture, urbanism, sustainability, and design could make him an excellent agent. In 2009 he got quickly earned his brokerage license and joined Sudler | Sotheby’s International Realty. As a result, he is well on his way to becoming one of Chicago’s top agents.

Brad is an architecturally trained real estate broker and certified EcoBroker in the Chicago-​land area. He received his degree from the nationally-​ranked College of Architecture, Planning, and Design at Kansas State University. He was employed by the award-​winning architecture firms Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture and Populous before joining Sudler | Sotheby’s International Realty. His extensive knowledge of architectural design, energy efficiency, and urbanism make Brad a valuable asset in the real estate industry. Because of his ability to see the potential in spaces, he primarily works with clients looking to improve a property, whether it’s simply buying a piece of land or looking at properties with the clients’ designers.
