Business Owner

Dr. Thomas (Tom) Dzielawski was born, raised, and lives in Chicago, Illinois. He is proud to be a Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bears fan. He has as a passion for patient care by helping them eliminate pain, restore function, and live a better quality of life. Studied at Eastern Illinois University and graduated with a major in Zoology and a minor in Chemistry. Decided to pursuit his passion as a Chiropractor at New York Chiropractic College and graduated in 2002. Dr. Tom Enjoys spending time on a boat, working out, and with his family.
