When starting BlueFire HR Consulting, the founder and CEO, Stephanie H. Nelson saw a need for mid to small sized companies to enhance structure and processes for many HR services. At times business do not have the resources or expertise to focus on strategic or operational pieces of human resources (HR) that are very important to making a company successful. BlueFire HR Consulting can solve that economically without adding extensive staff.

Stephanie H. Nelson has more than 18 years of HR experience in healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and nonprofit fields. Stephanie’s professional career has allowed her to become a seasoned practitioner and strategist in workforce topics, labor issues, talent and performance management, reduction-in-force, training, and various organizational initiatives. She has provided expert advice and insight to executive leaders with respect to organizational matters, workforce and labor issues. Stephanie is certified in healthcare human resources (CHHR), possesses her Executive MBA from Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, KY, and is a certified professional coach (CPC).
