Luke Blahnik started Blahnik Properties in 2009 after several years working in new home sales and operational consulting. He wanted to create a results oriented real estate brokerage focused on helping consumers navigate the increasingly confusing distressed home market. Blahnik Properties is a small office environment which values frequent and candid communication and an unwavering focus on achieving our clients goals above all else.
