Great prices on parts. They always have what I need. I’ve never had a problem with a part that I got from there. The counter guy was great.

This place is a joke n half. I was told about bionic from this guy from pep boys. I needed a new rim for my car. I had called them prior to heading over there to make sure they have what I needed. I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted when I got in. The front desk is totally unorganized with poor customer service skills. The guy Jesus was taking care of several people at once and failed to acknowledge who he was speaking to. I didn’t know if he was talking to me or the dudes ahead of me or behind me in line. I found the rim I needed and proceeded to the warehouse after waiting 20 minutes. The rim they sold me was in worse condition than the one I currently have on my vehicle. It was rusted and dented. I was charged $ 125 for this junk. I immediately demanded my money back from bionic. I seen that ahead of me a man was demanding another part b/​c the one he purchased was defective. Dont they inspect what they are selling to the public?! Jesus refunded my money — after I left the piece of crap at their warehouse. Just as i was about to leave — another man came in telling bionic that they gave him the wrong auto part! Damn ! What does that tell you about this place. 3 complaints/​refunds back to back! Customer communication/​satisfaction is very poor there– they blamed one another for their mistakes instead of trying to make things right. I’m glad I didn’t have a difficulty getting my money back

Very professional and quick. They found the parts I needed and delivered to closest body shop where I lived.

I do the parts search on their website. They have the alternator I need!
I couldn’t tell from their lame website if it was only an internet site or if they have a location open to the public so I call them, «Can I come and pick up parts there or do you only do online shipping?»
«No, we’re open to the public. Open ’til 6pm.»
So I’m thinking that this is cool I can go get it today instead of paying shipping costs and waiting for it.
The next day I borrowed my friends car and made the 45 minutes in rush hour trip up there.
I wait about 5 minutes while the guy at the desk is with a customer. He never acknowledges me the whole time. Finally I inquire about the alternator.
«No, we don’t sell alternators.»
WTF WTF WTF???
So I try to explain about the site and the phone call…
«We don’t sell alternators.»
I do not understand why or who or what happened here.
So, ok. The alternator was so cheap I still had to have it. So I dejectedly rode all the way back home and bought the thing online. It was a Friday night, and they claim they get it to you within 48 hours.
Well apparently I entered a number wrong on the credit card. No big thing except they didn’t contact me until TUESDAY to inform me.
NO NO NO NO NO DO NOT GO HERE THEY SUCK
