This is the best liquor store I have ever come across. And they have free parking! Yes, free parking in Chicago!
Browse liquor, beer and wine through the aisles segmented by country. I was looking for a killer whiskey and upscale sweet vermouth for Xmas Manhattans and after shopping at Binny’s, needless to say, my Manhattans were the talk of Xmas.
Truly, you’ll have a fun journey at Binny’s.

Love this liquor store, they have the best selection in city.

This is just an amazing alcohol store. It’s the largest alcohol store I have ever been inside. This place is even bigger than Total Wine. There is a nice, free, large parking lot available.
There is a bar here where there is a large selection of beer on tap/​bottles as well as wine and liquor.
The store has a large walk in humidor as well as a room with all the most expensive alcohols.
The workers here were very friendly and helpful. The store is laid out so that things are easy to find. My brother found some Lambec that he loves marked down to $ 8.99.
If you’re looking for something that’s hard to find, I would recommend looking here. They have just about everything. The prices are hard to beat.

The spirits guy is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He took time going through many options with me and ultimately I am very happy with my scotch purchase. I would definitely go back if I wanted advice on what to buy.

This is my favorite Binny’s store; the customer service is always on point. All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Today, Kyle helped us out and he was super nice and very helpful. Thanks Binny’s!

Apparently Binnys got a bad batch of bags, and I wasn’t the only person that this happened to. They reached out to me and gave me a new bottle without issue. Couldn’t have been easier.

This is the largest Binny’s I have had the pleasure of entering. I come here whenever I house sit for one of my dog walking clients. They never let me down with having my favorite beer (Moose Drool) in stock, as well as a gazillion other selections. No matter what I will spend at least 30 – 45 minutes in here scanning their beer aisles looking for something new to try.
My friend and I lost each other at least 4 times, haha. It is semi tucked away but if you aren’t a moron you will find it.
They have a large parking lot to accommodate all you booze hounds.

Binny’s is huge and they have a very deep selection of wines and beers, On the weekends, you can find people pouring samples, which is always a nice treat. Why not 5 stars? The staff is very hit or miss — some are great, but many are not terribly helpful. Also, the prices are pretty mediocre. FInally, while the selection is extensive, most of the wines are pretty standard and more esoteric offerings (read: geeky) are few and far between.
The wine/​beer bar in back and the gourmet food section add to the appeal of the store.

Binny’s in Lincoln Park is all of that for me. Does this show I have problems? For sure. But do I give a flying hoot? Heck nah!
This Binny’s is an adult’s candy store full of everything and anything you could possibly drink that has even the smallest dash of liquor in it. I think I spent 30 minutes slowly going up & down the craft beer aisles trying to take it all in and attempting to limit myself to buying just a few things. I did pretty well on this first trip just buying 2 bombers, 2 6 pack and one mix & match 6 pack. They have a fabulous collection of craft beers, domestic sludge and some fun international beers, as well as malt beverages and hard fruit drinks. It’s pretty cool because the beer is divided by region but that also made it a bit more confusing in finding certain things. Also, there were some things in their advertisement such as a mixed 12 pack of Deschutes that was supposed to be on sale but was nowhere to be found.
Most of the store seems to be made up of wine & hard liquor so if those are your things, then there are a ton of selections for you. It ain’t mine, so I didn’t pay it much mind. There is a huge, really cool section they call the Champagne Depot, which is really more of a Champagne ballroom because it’s so big. I have some girlfriends that love the bubbly so I know where to go now to get them some special fizzy stuff.
If you walk through these rows upon rows of bottles, past the champagne room, you come to the crowning jewel of this Binny’s which separates it from all the rest. Their amazing taproom.
The tasting room at Binny’s is in a massive area which was formally Lincoln Park Pumping Station built in 1905 and has been completely renovated. This is not a normal tasting room… it features RARE craft beers. I had two flights of beers I had never tried before and each flight of 4 was just $ 12. One beer that was in my tasting of 8? Goose Island’s very sought after Bourbon County Barleywine 2013. Delicious and totally random that it was on tap. I was such a happy girl that I could not stop gushing! To boot, the bartender was such a nice lady! She was eager to help and answered all my questions. I was sad this space could not be rented out because I thought it would be amazing for various events. She said they do host special Binny’s events in the taproom though.
The tasting room has prohibition newspapers blown up and framed which I found fascinating, as well as old wooden beer crates and barrels. The décor goes really well with the wooden table, over-​sized comfy brown chairs, wood paneling and flooring & insanely high ceilings with brick everywhere, even brick inside of a drain pipe up high. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and just felt at peace hanging out here. If you want to sit outside in the fresh air, they even have a sweet patio to relax on.

If these guys don’t have it it either doesn’t exist or isn’t worth drinking. Massive selection of everything alcohol. Extremely delightful and knowledgeable staff will guide you through the huge breath and depth of choices. The Sparkling Wine room alone is bigger than most liquor stores. Check out the gigantic tasting room at the far end of the Sparkling Wine room.

This is the best Binnys location I’ve been to in chicago area. It’s massive and has everything for people who know their stuff. Bob the wine manager went above and beyond to help us buy wine and stock a bar for a party. We drive past another Binnys to come to this Binnys.

I love this Binny’s! I came here once for a Unilocal event and for a get together with friends. This Binny’s is humongous and has a tasting room and bar! There’s also a patio for when the weather is nice. The bar doesn’t have any «specials» per se, but the drinks are very reasonable with beers around $ 5 and cocktails around $ 10 (the Blackberry Pimm’s Cup was awesome!).
The Binny’s itself like all Binny’s has a huge selection of beers, wines, champagnes, and any other type of alcohol you could imagine. There’s also a small marketplace with cheeses and snacks. Everything is very reasonably priced and there are some BYOB places in the area so you can grab some drinks and go eat!

Best Binny’s in chicago area hands down bar none. It must be the mangament philosphy at this location, they are a cut above other stores in terms of customer service and friendliness.
Any Binny’s has an incredible beer selection whether it be bottles, cans or kegs, in additional to the full spectrum of wine and hard liquor (which is always quicker for a trip to buzzville).
Accessories for any home bar are in stock and reasonably price as well. All in all bottom line is drive the extra few miles and go to this location for excellent customer service and always a smile.

Who doesn’t like a GIANT Binny’s depot right? Great prices endless selections. Service is great I love it. It’s fun just to go there after we eat to walk around and look at the the lovely wine bottles.

If you can’t find it at Binny’s, it’s not worth drinking!!! TRUE STORY!!! This is conveniently located by my job so it’s my go-​to liquor store. They have my man’s fave beer that I can buy by the case which saves a few bucks. This place is huge!!! Believe it or not, I have yet to venture off to the wine section of the store. From the looks of it, I’m sure I’ll be like a kid in a candy store!!! =)

If they don’t have it here, it doesn’t exist. In addition to everything you could possibly want to drink or mix with they also have great unique gift sets and special edition bottles that make great gifts. They have ample parking, which is unheard of downtown. The staff is helpful and efficient, even on the busiest of days.

This place is HUGE and has a great selection. It’s the largest Binny’s i’ve been to — and i’ve been to a lot, if I do say so myself.
Craft beer selection is similar to the other locations, but this place has way more wines, champagnes, liquors, and what have you.
Would I go back here? Yes. But i’d only try the tasting room one more time.
The tasting room is beautiful, but I really expected a bigger beer selection — maybe beer flights? I don’t know if the bartender just had permanent RBF, or if he was just in a delightfully bad mood that day — but holy crap, man! The place was empty when we went there, but I’m sure it fills up later.
Maybe he’ll be in a better mood next time we go?

This was my first time to this Binnys location. I love it just as much as the others!
This store in particular is laid out very well. It is also super clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
There is a big section for the liquor organized and easy to navigate. Then there is a bigger wine section and a really cool champagne room.
The prices are very aggressive vs the competition and you can find some really good deals. They have everything you need as far as mixers. There is also a meat and dairy section to grab some good wine pairing foods.
The beer selection is awesome. There are so many types from common domestics to hard to find micro brews and imports.
Today they had wine and beer tastings throughout the store. But my favorite beer sampling was the sweet water brewing company from GA. (Sweet Water 420)
Anyways you should check this location out.

I went here recently for an event and this is hands down my favorite Binnys location. First off it’s massive! You feel like a kid in a candy store when you enter.
I was here for a tasting event and the room was beautiful and airy. The staff was helpful and I was able to find a few new wines that I like. Definitely plan on coming here when I need to stock up or experiment.

The selection alone especially for the ciders, is 5 stars but the gentleman who helped me, Anthony, was extremely knowledgeable about the selections, the store’s owner and history and really just refreshing to have a conversation with. I learned a lot about wine and beers in the short time I talked to him and it has piqued my interest on so many levels. He also gave me a lot of information on the events that are held at the store. He’s a keeper!

OMG!!! This is the biggest liquor store I’ve ever laid my eyes and stood in. If I didn’t walk out of there without picking up a bottle then something is wrong with me. I found an italian chocolate liqueur which is delicious. I sampled it at the Unilocal event they had here. The service is great and this is such a great place I even put in a job application here.

I would be ashamed to admit how much time I spend at this outstanding Binnys. My favorite thing is to go on Saturday afternoons, because they set out samples of their new products. It is fabulous to try innovative new products (South African Meritage! aged moonshine! Quinoa vodka!) while having a conversation with the distributor or manufacturer.
This Binnys, which is one of the larger stores in the city, also has an expansive stock. You can support local brands (Ale Syndicate, Koval) or emerging brands from across the country. As a transplant Southerner, I can support local brands from my native Arkansas (Rock Town Bourbon or Apple Pie Moonshine with ginger ale, Ghost River Brewery)
