Michael has been booking my travel for years. With my limited status on major airlines, Michael consistently gets me in better seats on on better flights than I could get on my own. And when travel gets tough, it’s a life-​saver to have Michael on your side. While waiting in line at a ticket counter to deal with a canceled cross-​country flight, I called Michael who had booked my original ticket. He was able to reserve a seat for me on a direct flight home, which was sold out by the time I made it to the front of the line. Without him, I would have been stuck in Newark for the night. He saved me a dinner with my family and a day of work I cannot recommend Michael highly enough.

Thank you for your help with this latest trip too. We appreciate the fact that you continued to check hotel prices over the weekend, so that we have the same rooms, but at cheaper prices than we’d originally booked. Such service is rare.
