I started making cakes when I was 16 after taking a Wilton decorating class at my local Michaels’ store. I went on to finish all the other courses, started making cakes for children’s birthday parties, built up a small business of my own, and enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu-​Chicago where I received my Associates in Baking and Patisserie.

Every order brings something new, and I think that’s what I love most about it. I’ll surely be learning new techniques and molding my own style for the rest of my life, and it’s a daily comfort to me knowing that I took a chance on something at a young age and found that I loved it.

I absolutely adore having the chance to be a part of celebrations, creating something that can make someone’s day all the more memorable. While my schedule keeps me from filling every order request that comes through, I’d love to hear your ideas and hope that I get the chance to make a cake for you.
