I don’t understand how the OWNER could be so rude and disrespectful. If I could give negative stars I would. I just asked how long before he would have fresh pizza by the slice, because I needed 3, there was only two and you could tell they were Old and dry. Cashier, who I later found out was the owner, chewed my head off. Yelling and telling me this obviously old pizza was fresh, and that I’d have to buy them to get a new. So I took a picture and he got upset and asked me to leave. I told my friend about what happened, He said I should be glad I didn’t eat there because the have a horrible rat problem.

Does not deserve a star. The owner does not understand customer service and customer quality. They took the wrong order, they delivered the wrong order and when I called to correct them, the manager, the owner, and the employee, were argumentative, disrespectful, and downright rude. If these people cannot except responsibility for their error, then they should not be in business. I demanded my money back, and the owner said it would take up to two hours for my refund. They called, and they left before they dropped off the money, and yelled that I would have to wait another hour before I received my money. This isn’t about the food or my money, this is about these people not taking ownership of their irresponsibility. This is in ill-​equipped restaurant run by ill-​equipped people

Bella’s is my go to pizza joint. I love their thin crust I also request it a little thicker $ 2 extra because it can be kinda paper thin. My fav from them is the chicken Alfredo. It’s so creamy and they give you plenty of Alfredo sauce to dip your bread sticks in. I’ve never had a bad experience the young man on the phones taking orders is always nice and my order usually is at my front door within the hour. Piping hot ready for me to devour. They are very affordable as well.

I tried the pizza here for the first time and it was actually really good. The crust was perfect and so was the flavor. Definitely will be going back.
