Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy

Nice chocolate academy with state of the art equipment and many experts teaching professional level classes. We heard many good things about the classes!

I took a Holiday Chocolate cooking class here on Saturday morning with 10 other people and had a fantastic time. Chef Amanda Snouffer was leading the group and she taught us how to make English toffee covered in milk chocolate, dark/​milk chocolate peppermint bark, chocolate holiday infusions, and chocolate shapes stuffed with more chocolate! I was in heaven, considering that I find chocolate to be a food group unto itself. Amanda was very patient, answered all of our questions with information that we could all understand, and really took care of us. Her fellow chef, Amber, was also great to work with. There was a lot of personal attention and everyone got to take home vast quantities of chocolate. The class was perfect for beginners or for people with a little more experience working with chocolate. I had such a great time and I’m really glad I got to enjoy such a nice holiday class!
