I have had a terrible experience with this store. We own a beovision television that routinely stops working. We have had it repaired twice and it continues to fail. I contacted Tod at the store who told me that he «does not handle the day to day.» Nice customer-​friendly response from a place that sells incredibly expensive electronic equipment. Tod told me to contact Christopher who has not responded. Perhaps he does not handle the day to day either. Save yourselves money, time, and frustration. Purchase your high-​end equipment elsewhere.

Wanted to buy a Beolit 15 but was told by snooty receptionist that it would not be possible to hear a floormodel to test it as they don’t do that. We were advised to order it online. It just seems a little stupid to expect someone fork over quite a bit of money and not know what your actually buying. Maybe someone else will want my money– I won’t bother with B&O. again

Working with Reilly to sort out a problem placement has been a breath of fresh air. His responsiveness, knowledge and kindness have been beyond all of my recent customer service experiences in tech and electronics retailing. I have never had a better B&O customer experience.

Christopher and Jack are great.
I have had hit or miss (normally miss) with some other staff (a certain level of snobbishness).
I can not vouch for the quality of their $ 850 phones (out of production now) but if want beautiful phones, there are not many options in the (US) market.
I had problem with another model of my B&O phones. They took care of well by sending to the factory and repaired at a reasonable cost ($ 100). That phone is in fact my favorite B&O phone (out of production). I thought it was fair and I appreciated it very much they shipped it for me (prior guys wanted me to do all that).
Great follow ups, and communications by Christopher. Very polite and professional.
Their TVs look beautiful and have real good images. Seriously considering one.

We stopped in to listen to test drive the Beolit 12 and were somewhat unimpressed with the sound quality. The employee assured us that we were wrong and that device was amazing. Enough said.

After having continuous problems with me B&O phone I contacted them with intentions on returning it. After multiple rude employees i was finally able to talk to a hirer up manager. Of course this came with some attitude as well. After stating that i just wanted to return my phone i was only offered to have an employee come into MY home to look at it. If i don’t want your overpriced nonworking phone what makes you think i want your overpayed nonworking employees coming into my home? Just a very aggravating experience,.
