I recently just purchased my first home and Sherine was the best broker that I could have ever asked for. She not only found me my perfect home but she made everything so much fun and exciting. She listened to what I wanted and only sent me places that fit my needs. We were able to find my perfect home in just 2 months. She was extremely knowledgable about the process and talked me through every step of the way of making my first offer and all the negotiations. After finding my place, it was really bitter sweet for me because I no longer got to see Sherine a couple of times a week to explore new homes. Even after the offer was accepted she made sure to stay in touch so that I know what was going on every step along the way. I would highly recommend Sherine to anyone who is looking for a home. She far exceeded all my expectations and she goes above and beyond for all her clients.

I went to this place for a closing but wish it had taken place somewhere else. I showed up on time and was directed to a conference room, where small stacks of papers sat on a table. I waited a few minutes, but when no one else joined me, I started sifting through the papers. I waited about 40 minutes before the closer popped in and asked me if I had started signing the papers. I hadn’t realized I was supposed to start since no one told me, and I couldn’t sign them anyway because I noticed a mistake. She told me that was between me and the seller’s attorney, and she left the room. The seller’s attorney showed up about ten minutes later and started reviewing and signing papers. We were discussing the discrepancies in the documents when the closer returned and asked me if I had started signing. I said no, we were still discussing, at which point she yelled at me, telling me I had to start signing them now because she had another closing in an hour. She then stormed out of the room. I did end up signing, but I could have done without the closer’s condescension, particularly offensive since I was also the only nonwhite person in the room, and the only one who got scolded even though I was the first one there and not responsible for the delay.
