I stopped by on Friday in need of a wrench with a biking issue. The man promptly brought two wrenches to make sure we had the right one. He seemed interested in the job and then even offered to have me wash the grease off my hands in the employee bathroom. He did all this knowing there was no money in it. Very friendly.

Horrible, horrible service. They delayed for 1 week because I didn’t call them. They told me twice that «the car will be done tomorrow» but it was not. In total, their delays cost me about $ 115. Because of their delays, I am out of town and unable to pick up the car, so they are charging me a storage fee.
If you depend on your car, don’t trust them with it because they won’t do what they say they will when they say they will do it.
Not only was the service horrible, when I got my car back the brakes were not working.

B&M has never failed to impress me!!! I’ve had my bumper fixed 3 times already (people just love to rear end me). All the employees are super friendly and helpful! But, their work is phenomenal!!! They’re also super fast and efficient. They even cleaned my car for me, inside and out! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much! You guys rock!!!

A guy with Honda City hit my 2013 Jaguar XF. He is with Falcon Insurance (FALCON INSURANCE is the No: 1 crappy insurance to deal with, Plz never ever plan to take Falcon Insurance) and this body shop is the best option they gave me to repair my car. I was hesitated to took my car here initially but I ended up taking my car here because of high labor rate in Jaguar body shop. I’m happy with the work and my car came out like charm. Nice work!
I regret that my car smells like paint inside for 1 month.

Outstanding experience! I was devastated when my car was hit, and I was referred to B&M by my agent. The owner personally greeted me and showed me the facility and I was so impressed. I was impressed with their customer services they kept me up to speed through the whole process. I was shocked when they dropped off the car it looked brand new. I would highly recommend B&M!

Feeling just a little annoyed… My 2012 car took a hard rear hit while parked a couple months ago. When the tow company came we had some confusion on the body shop name they were towing it to B & M I wanted it to go to B & L but got mixed up with the names being so similar and being woke up at 5am to inform you your car is on the sidewalk. When I realized the mistake I tried to get S.F. to pick up my car and take it to B & L but I got several convincing phone calls to leave the car at B & M because they were also a State Farm certified body shop so I agreed. They were on time with their work and everything looked good until I drove away. A few minutes into my drive I realized my radio wasn’t working fine something minor took it back they fixed it after waiting an hour. A few days later I realized my heat or ac weren’t working had to take it back again making me late for work. When I dropped it off I asked the receptionist to ask the mechanic to just do a general test on things so I wont have to come back she gave me an attitude but it was fine I understood some people just have bad days. Drove my car for two days then had someone flag me down to tell me my break lights aren’t working. So here we go again taking it back for the 3^rd time! I plan on calling State Farm and asking how they are certified because while all these things are minor I still feel I shouldn’t have to continue to waste my time bringing it back it again and again! Shouldn’t these things be checked and confirmed working before you tell the customer the car is ready? Hopefully this will be my last time taking it back in and for the future if I should be stuck in the this situation again I won’t be taking my car to B & M.

NEVER AGAIN. I’ve taken my vehicle to this place in the past on an insurance claim no problem. Recently I took my vehicle there again for a minor accident that I had over the winter that called my back window to leak water inside my trunk. Before the person came out to look at my car I was asked several times what insurance company was I with. The man came out looked at my car and flat out turned me down when I told him I was paying cash. Thanks to the surrounding body shop that weren’t built on insurance claims $ 275 problem fixed. Little do they know I know a lot of people who do business with them thank you for showing us your True colors.

I must say I had an awesome experience here at B&M. Conrad took great care of me and gave me the best quote compared to 5 other body shops that quoted me outrageously. I had my car done the next day. Now that’s what I call service. Conrad and the Admin at the front were outstanding!!! Took my sister in for a quote. and my husband will be next. They have my business for sure!

I just picked up my Prius and they did a wonderful job. I basically needed everything from the doors forward replaced. All the new parts match perfectly. You can tell the car was well taken care of. They’re an authorized State Farm shop, which is our carrier, so the initial paperwork took about 15 minutes and they offered to have Enterprise bring me a rental (I didn’t need it because we have a spare car for winter). The entire process was completely painless. The mechanic came out and explained everything they did. They also have a gorgeous office staff, which made both times I had to go in that much better.

Just happened to be in an accident and a guy comes up to me and says I recommend you take your car to B and M. I had no clue on where to go and once he said it was a State Farm recommended shop I was sold. My car was rear ended and causing me to hit the car in front of me, the damage was really bad and I knew that I was gonna be out of a car for quite some time. B and M did some great work on my Acura MDX it looks better then when I purchased it from Acura all OEM parts and they have a lifetime guarantee on there work. Aside from the miscommunication issues with the receptionist I would still recommend them and use them for future work.

Awesome staff but a bit forgetful. I wanted them to rush the repairs so I could get my car before an overseas trip and they made it happen and they did a great job. One of the parts they were supposed to replace ended up getting shoved under the drivers seat and they forgot about it. The part was cosmetic and they were able to get it on quickly when I brought it back in. I would come back here for future repairs.

This place is great! Customer service was fantastic. I was able to get my car repaired and for a great price. Not to mention that the turnaround time was only two days. On top of that they actually cleaned the entire interior of my car. Totally unexpected! Thank you to everyone at B&M Auto Collision Center for everything that you do. Being an insurance agent myself, I would definitely recommend my clients to this shop. Thanks again!

My car ended up at B&M after I had a front end collision last summer. I was skeptical but they did a great job on my car, quicker than the insurance rep had estimated. And my car looked brand new again. Shortly afterwards, the overheat light went on. I contacted B&M thinking it might have been a result of the repairs.
They told me to bring it back in and they took care of it. I was impressed with their response and professionalism. Over the winter, someone reversed into my car. I had the choice to bring it wherever and since the good experience the last time, I brought it to B&M again. Again, they did a great job on the repairs and it looks brand new. I hope to not have to take my car in for body work again, but if I had to I would definitely bring it back to B&M.

I ended up at B&M because my car was hit while it was unoccupied and parked on Addison. The vulture tow truck drivers all showed up and I decided to go with the one that was first on the scene (I actually waited until the next day and he promptly came back to get it), who in turn took it to B&M (an approved State Farm shop).
I was super skeptical and regret to say even kind of bitchy at times when B&M called for things, including signatures prior to anything being done to my vehicle. They were always very nice and clear in explaining what was going on with my vehicle.
They ended up having my car back to me 5 days earlier than expected and it was perfectly repaired and sparkling clean. They went over all of the work they had done with me and happily answered any questions I had.
I highly recommend going to B&M if you find yourself in need of a body shop.

CROOKS!
We took our car in after a slightly more than «serious» fender bender which crunched the hood and damaged the air conditioning compressor.
My list of requests:
1) Fix the air conditioner/​compressor (we have a 3 yr old — and with the Chicago hear this past summer, can’t afford to have a roasted baby)
2) Fix the hood
Upon pick up:
1) hood repaired
2) air conditioner/​compressor NOT repaired
*REASON? They told us that the air conditioner turned out to be more than they anticipated to repair — AND — they replaced the radiator «grill» in place of it.
«WHAT???» I asked…
The owner got back to me and told me basically to go and shove it… VERY RUDE. He also told me that the he doubts the air conditioner ever worked in the first place! Incredible…
BAD NEWS SHOP.
Like someone else who reviewed here… shop around.
UPDATE: I took the car to another (friend recommended shop) and they fixed the air conditioner for 25% of what BMM had quoted! Don’t let the tow service «recommend» to store your damaged car for «free» at B&M…it’s a bait/​switch and total rip off. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

They were OK.
They fixed the car. However, they didn’t replace this door guard which was damaged, claiming that the insurance company does not cover after-​market products. Fine… But the reason I downgraded them was that when I drove off in the car, I was hearing twinging noises from the repaired door. I had to take the car back and lost an extra 30 minutes while they completed the fixes properly this time. There is also some veiny looking paint damage on the front bumper, which they claim was already there, but I don’t think so.
