My guy brought in a battery to get tested out. The guy told him to set it down and it’ll be about 1 to 1 ½ hours. So we went to kill time and came back and the guy said it checked it and charged it and if it doesn’t work… then we would need a new battery.
Came back and put it in and nothing. My guy said I don’t even think he did anything to it since he said the battery was in the same spot that he dropped it off.
Probably too lazy or just want us to buy a new battery.

They sold me a piece that didn’t even fit my car when I requested the correct one they didn’t even carry it because their aftermarket parts aren’t even specifically like the originals, when I requested a refund they refused by saying I could only get store credit. BS never going back to autozone and by the way most of their employees know nothing about cars so I suggest if you have questions about your car take your business elsewhere.

This Autozone is very close to me. I go by every now and then I now have a older truck so need parts. The staff is helpful.
