Audrey Gordon is a true professional when it comes to event planning. She is beyond detail oriented and can handle any type of event large or small, simple or complicated. I have hired Audrey for 3 different occasions. My events were for a large 40^th anniversary party in a different state with all out of town guests. For that event, the entire weekend could not have happened without her help. She was amazing. My second event was a 40^th birthday and again Audrey was stellar. A few weeks ago, My daughter had her Bat Mitzvah and Audrey made it an event to remember. The sweet table was top notch and was delicious and beautiful. I will be hiring Audrey again. She’s the best.

I’ve been wanting to write to you ever since the wedding, but the weeks got away from me.
I want to thank you so much for your wonderful help and guidance in the planning of Lexi and Josh’s outstanding wedding. It was a fairytale weekend, from start to finish! Josh certainly pulled out all the stops to give his beautiful bride the wedding of her dreams. You were the guiding force behind it all and the entire weekend went PERFECTLY, thanks to you. The actual wedding day was so relaxing for all of us, knowing you had everything under control. That made for an extra wonderful, memory-​making day!
Of course, the silly airlines fiasco, involving our son-​in-​law getting to Chicago, caused a few frazzled nerves! But even that had a dramatic and happy ending, straight out of the movies! That is something Josh and Lexi will never forget… and neither will Steve!
Thank you so much for your very important role, in Lexi and Josh’s very special day. With me being out-​of-​state, it was a great comfort to me, knowing you had my «little girl» under your wing!

Audrey is the best! She helped me plan my wedding which was 5÷10÷14 at St Michael’s Church and the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago. She has so much experience in event planning (33 yrs) and executed our event like a pro. She also made all of my bridesmaids and family feel comfortable and relaxed throughout all of our wedding events. Not to mention she is hilarious and had me laughing thru it all, even in some severely stressful moments. Our family has used Audrey to organize milestone events for us since 1996. She is fabulous and attends to every detail. The most recent event she did for us was in celebration of my stepfather’s 80^th birthday at the Chicago Yacht Club. Audrey did a fantastic job of arranging for all the vendors — and even had a separate room set aside for my twin toddlers to play in so they wouldn’t get too bored at the «grown up» party. Audrey became a member of my NAPW Chicago Chapter last year and she was an essential part of our two most successful events to date. In Sept 2012 she coordinated a seminar by Dr Judith Wright for our Chapter called Feminine Power: The Overlooked Advantage. In May of this year she spear-​headed our first Charity Fashion Show, raising over $ 10,000 for Dress for Success and bringing exposure to over 40 women entrepreneurs in Chicago. Her creative genius landed us the hottest event in Chicago in May! Audrey Gordon was an essential piece of our success and I’m very grateful for all of her help and support. Her service and knowledge of event-​planning was nothing short of outstanding.

I am a Chicago vendor and have worked with Audrey on multiple events! The NAPW Fashion show most recently, and many weddings and Bar/​Bat Mitzvah’s over the years. 1) Audrey as a person is a doll and such a resource to her clients. 2) She did a fabulous job organizing the Fashion Show and keeping every one on track — vendors, participants, and models — leading up to and during the event. 3) I have never had any issue nor have my clients’ while working with Audrey.

Ruined my friend’s wedding this past weekend. Left the bride at the altar waiting for the groom. Ate food off the vendor’s plates when they weren’t looking, insulted the DJ, didn’t diffuse a fight b/​w the Photog and a guest. Was horribly disorganized and basically sabotaged the entire night, thankfully people at the venue were there to clean up here mess. She walked around lost basically all night. She was rude. She didn’t remember information we told her 2 minutes ago. Kept on reasking the same questions. SHE was supposed to be in charge and make sure everything ran smoothly and if anything she was the source of every problem. STAY AWAY
