History

Established in 1992.

Audio Electric And Design Started its buisness December 11, 1992, at 416 West Ontario Street, in Downtown Chicago. In 1996 we moved to 452 North Halsted Street. In December 2002, Audio Electric And Design sold its location to focus more on Home, and Commercial Audio. Audio Electric also does Audio/​Visual for the Chicago Public School System.

Business Owner

I started in the audio business in 1989, with International Sound, located 2911 N Clark. We also had a location at 416 W Ontario, and 719 N State. Later in Dec of 1992, I purchased the location at 416 W Ontario, and renamed it Audio Electric And Design Corp. In the summer of 1994, I moved the company to 452 N Halsted St. We purchased the location, then sold in Dec 2002, to focus more on Home, and Commercial audio.

We have done numerous condos in the Chicago, Downtown area, including the following business: Reza’s Resturant on N. Ontario St. Bally’s Fitness, on N. Orleans. We have also done work for Harpo Studios in the car audio/​alarm remotestart division. We have done the commercial audio for the following Chicago Public Schools Dodge Elementary, and Little Black Pearl.
