Alex N.

Business Owner

As the Principal of ASN Group, Alex Nejad has extensive experience in public accounting and has specialized in tax and audits of clients in financial services and various other industries. He has worked with both publicly traded and privately held companies. Alex graduated Cum Laude from DePaul University with degrees in Accounting and Finance. He is a licensed CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Illinois CPA Society.

Alex worked as a Senior Accountant at RSM McGladrey, the 5^th largest CPA firm in the country, in their Chicago office focusing primarily on financial services clients including hedge funds, private equity funds, broker-​dealers, proprietary trading firms and investment advisers. Subsequently, Alex continued his career at a small boutique CPA firm where he worked with individuals and companies in various other industries and areas including construction/​contracting, manufacturing and employee benefit plans.
