I came home to my furnace leaking water through 3 floors of my condo. It was late at night and they rushed right over to help me. The issue was fixed immediately. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

Walter and his team were great to work with and fixed my HVAC issue within a few hours of me calling them. I came home from a vacation to find my condo at 39 degrees on a night where temps went below zero. I was worried about pipes freezing. I called and Walter’s team came out at 2AM, accurately diagnosed the problem, and returned first thing in the morning (when parts stores opened) with a replacement part to fix it. They also provide a great 1 year warranty for parts AND labor which is great. I will certainly be keeping Walter and his team in mind any time I have any HVAC issues in the future.

Quick (same-​day) service, came exactly on time, identified the problem quickly, ran out to get the part we needed, and came back and fixed it. Daniel explained the problem, told me what to do to avoid it in the future, and some other great advice on keeping system up and running efficiently. Walter was great helping to get this scheduled.

Walter came out after 2 other companies could not get my heat to work. He came out the same day, was very responsive via text before the appointment, and explained everything about my heating system very thoroughly so that I could understand what the issue was. He fixed it the same day. Very quick and successful.

I was having issues with my Nest thermostat and I reached out to Arzet Heating and Air Conditioning to come out and fix it. Walter responded to me quickly and was able to get something scheduled promptly. His service was outstanding. He was very friendly, professional, and he gave me some helpful HVAC advice. As a new homeowner, the advice was much appreciated. I will definitely be using these guys going forward.

I must say its a breath of fresh (cool) air to have Arzet Heating & Cooling come to the rescue! We had an issue with our Nest not running our air conditioner (another fabulous company that deserves its own review). We had a previous HVAC company that serviced our system last winter under warranty and I was severely disappointed. Given Walter’s other glowing reviews we gave him a call. AMAZING! Walter and his trusty side kick Abel came to the rescue! They are totally my new HVAC dudes, hands down.
If anyone gives my dudes anything short of the stellar review they deserve, shame on you! Great service, superior knowledge and super nice guys! Thanks Arzet!

Walter Arzet seems like such a nice guy so I trusted that he knew what he was talking about… He replaced one part on my furnace for $ 500 saying it was fried even though it looked fine, furnace still didn’t work, said in had to replace entire furnace for $ 1500…I decided to get a second opinion and they found a small part that didn’t work. I had Walter come back and take out the part he installed, put my original part back in, and change the part the other person told me to change… furnace worked. Should have been $ 200, he kept my $ 500 «because he had to come back so many times» yeah… because you don’t know what you’re talking about! He should have admitted his mistake, but no, he went on to say that the problem was caused by some pipes that needed to be replaced for an additional $ 325…I had TWO different reputable companies come out who both said the pipes are fine and do not need to be replaced.

Guys I added this HVAC company to Unilocal as I could not find them here. I have never done this before and only took the time because these guys do such honest and good work. The owner is a guy named Walter and he is the most straightforward guy I met in this trade. I have worked in real estate for many years and cannot say enough on how good and quick these guys are. I think I am on my fourth job with these guys and can highly recommend them.
I had a furnace go out on me on a Sunday winter night and these guys came out and gave me a temp solution and then fixed the furnace the next day. Very good customer service and always reasonable on pricing.
Over the years I have gone through different HVAC people and honestly some of the repair guys were incompentant and thieves. After meeting Walter I have stopped looking as these guys are efficient, on time and most of all reasonable. I have recommended these guys to other friends and all have positive feedback. I live on the Northside so these guys will service most areas. They everything from service to new full installs both residential and commercial.
