My refrigerator broke and my landlord ordered these people to deliver a new one. It was originally supposed to come at 5pm. Then I got a call that it was coming by 7pm. Then I got a call, being verbally berated and yelled at, that the refrigerator would not come AT ALL that day. I had cancelled a work event to be at my apartment during that time.
These people are rude, uncaring, and need to express their discontentment with the people they have an issue with.
