Description

Specialties

Full service real estate brokerage, serving Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Focused on finding the «needle in the haystack» properties that perfectly match each individual’s needs. On listings I use professional photography, online marketing, and local knowledge to effectively market your property. First impressions do matter in real estate. I can help you make your property shine.

History

Established in 2013.

I started my career as an accountant. After almost 10 years in corporate accounting I knew it was time for a change. I learned valuable skills as an accountant, but the day to day was not for me. Real Estate always appealed to me, so I went and got licensed. After a few months I knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I love scouring the market for opportunities, putting together a successful listing, negotiating deals and making a positive impact in peoples lives. Now it’s been a few years and I absolutely love it. I’ve got the confidence that comes with experience and a track record of success. I can’t think of anything else I’d rather do. I’m looking forward to many more years in the business.

Meet the Business Owner

Andrew R.

Business Owner

My life revolves around real estate 7 days a week. I work with buyers and sellers in the Chicago area. I like to think I know the city inside and out, but seem to keep learning new things. The history of Chicago is fascinating and in real estate we are lucky to get kind of an inside look. I work with buyers, sellers, investors and owner occupants. My background in accounting keeps me focused on the numbers, but I make a point of listening closely to peoples needs. My favorite thing about real estate is scouring the market and finding a great home that also becomes a great investment. My other passions are sports and the outdoors. I recently become a member at Brooklyn Boulders in the West Loop, which has been a blast. I play «rat hockey» Wednesdays and Sundays at McKinley Park and am an avid Blackhawks fan. I ran my first marathon this past fall and had fun exploring new areas on my training runs. Maybe next summer we can do some running showings. Any takers?
