Specialties
You’ll work one-on-one with your physical therapist every visit, we do not use aids or assistants or double or triple book. We will evaluate your body and your unique needs and teach you to help to manage the healing process. Then we will design a custom treatment plan that fits your lifestyle. We welcome questions and encourage communication– so you’ll feel like a partner in the process. Private treatment rooms allow you to relax and focus on your rehabilitation.
Located on Chicago’s North Side we provide physical therapy services for people with pain or injuries to the upper body, lower body, and spine. This includes post-surgical and sports rehabilitation; pelvic physical therapy; women’s and men’s health programs; Pilates and yoga rehabilitation and posture and gait retraining.
In our Movement Education Center, using Pilates and Yoga as a platform, physical therapists teach the principles of posture and movement.
History
Established in 1999.
Founded in 1999, Andersonville Physical Therapy is a private practice located on Chicago’s north side. Our focus is on personalized treatment of the whole person — not just a single part of your body. That means we’ll take into account your body’s strengths and limitations, your lifestyle, and even your movement habits and posture to design a treatment plan that is as unique as you are. You’ll work one-on-one with a physical therapist every visit — we do not use aides or assistants, so our therapists’ focus is on you for the entire treatment time. It’s an approach that works, and we’ve found, leads to better outcomes and a better experience for our patients.
