I’ve been a client for about 3 years. I’ve worked with Kim since they took my case for divorce and custody. Her predictions about what to expect from my ex and opposing are generally spot on. She seems to know most of the attorneys we’ve ended up facing or otherwise working with. As a result, she gives pretty good advice and manages my expectations well.
Nice perk is the firm actually uses e-​mail — so any documents or filings are easy to refer to later since I have them electronically. I haven’t had any problems getting e-​mail or calls returned, which a lot of people seem to complain about with their attorneys.

I found Jan Boback an excellent lawyer, especially after some less pleasant experiences with other litigators. The firm is prompt, professional, effective, responsive to concerns, and reasonably priced. A breath of fresh air and an oasis of sanity in the strange world of divorce court.
