American Metro Bank

This bank is THE WORST! Everytime I try to make a deposit in the ATM it is down for some reason. EVERYTIME! They say it takes 20 mins then when I wait it takes longer. It is a joke. Literally this has happened to me 5+ times. Get your act together!

I have to take the time to give praise to American Metro Bank. I had very difficult situation in a property purchase and needed to make the deal happen within a short window of time. Just when I thought all was lost with this deal, someone recommended American Metro Bank to try and seek a commercial loan.
What a pleasure it was to meet Jim Beckett, VP of Loan Administration and talk to him about my situation. He sincerely cared about what I was dealing with and believed in what I was trying to accomplish and I thank him for this. He of course looked into my financial background and agreed to work with me. He then introduced me to his team Weiwei and Duc who were also outstanding in the entire purchase process!
To try and make a long wonderful story short, hands down to American Metro Bank who really cares about people and made my purchase happen! It was the smoothest not to mention seamless property purchase I have ever witnessed and I have purchased properties in the past and know the pain of dealing with banking institutes. Let me also add that larger banking institutes need to learn from this team!
I will certainly recommend American Metro Bank to others and look forward to doing business with them again!

I really liked the idea of using a local bank in a time where banking institutions are becoming international giants. I wouldn’t say that this bank worked out nearly as well as I had hoped. A simple transaction would frequently take 5 minutes for the teller to process. I had my debit card get stolen once and there was no 24 hour number for canceling it. I ended up having to pay for one of the purchases that was made fraudulently. It is refreshing though that the bank has very short lines and you get to know the staff over time. It does have the neighborhood feel that banks so rarely possess.
