I have no idea what Kelly is talking about! George from Alpha Carpets installed $ 10,000 worth of Oak flooring in my home and I couldnt be happier. It has been two years since I got my floors and they look just like knew! I have referred George to numerous friends and family and have heard nothing but great things. George is extremely knowledgeable about the industry after owning a business for overe 30 years! He takes pride in what he does and goes out of his way to make cusatomers feel valued and make them happy with their purchase! Perhaps this Kelly person has moisture in her house which surprise surprise causes floors to warp… I don’t believe that this is the same person she is talking about as neither myself or any of my friends have had her experience! There are always two sides to every story. George gives free estimates around the suburbs and Chicagoland area and he is definitely worth doing business with!
