All-Clear Window & Gutter Cleaning Co

When I owned a home I used All-​Clear for years. I can’t believe those negative reviews. They always did a great job, were easy and friendly, totally trustworthy.

A fly by night company are they window washers or a hospice service? Do they have insurance? Crappy Insurance? Or no insurance? If they are hurt on my property I do not want to be responsible for them, but they do not even know what they have. They are cranky, abusive and unknowledgeable on the phone. I would never ever let then do any work for me, since they can not handle a phone.

Completely unprofessional and verbally abusive at our homes. Two of my neighbors and myself called them to clean our gutters for a total of three homes. One neighbor took the lead and passed on other houses phone numbers. I got a call at 9pm from Marlene asking for more info on job. I called back at 8am next morning and left message stating I want more info on price and extent of how they clean gutters. At 9:15am, I was outside with one of my neighbors and two guys pull up stating they are working on all three houses. My neighbor gave them permission for her house but surprised they just showed up and had not even communicated with other owners. I requested a price and stated I was waiting for Marlene to return call as of 8am. Also stated, the other owner may not of given official permission yet. The one guy became very aggressive, yelling at us and said, we are causing too much bullshit and they left. The other guy apologized and said he gets like that. I called Marlene again to explain but no answer. Have yet to receive call back from her. It seems she is pushy on getting her workers on project without proper consent or even communicating with each home owner, and the workers did just the same. Very shady. I’m thankful I was home and could request info prior to letting them on my property. What kind of scam are they trying to pull?
Update at 10:35am– Marlene called me back. Claimed she did not know anything about the incident this morning. When I started to explain, she repeatedly interrupted me and was literally yelling at me. Her point is she’s been in business for a long time and my neighbor gave her permission to have them on my property and do work, that I would be responsible for paying for, without any communication or verification on my part. I could barely say a word before she hung up on me. I will be contacting the BBB.

As I write this review, I am looking out the cleanest gosh darn window! Wow, delighted, impressed, and I highly recommend these folks. First, when I called a polite and efficient gal answered the phone, no voicemails with these folks, they actually man a phone! She was able to quote the entire job over the phone, which was very helpful.
Jesse and his crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job. They were polite, careful, and thorough. And this place was very reasonable in price as well.

Jesse just left my house and did an excellent job cleaning my gutters. The gutters haven’t been cleaned in years, but that didn’t deter him. I highly recommend this company.

Being a first time homeowner, this is the first time I’ve called for outside window reinforcement. Ben and his crew at All-​Clear Windows were great to work with– courteous, quick, affordable, and most importantly– left our windows (inside AND out) SPARKLING clean. I contacted Ben at a moment’s notice and he was able to schedule a time that same day. I will definitely be giving them a call next spring.

Yikes, I can see! Is that a tree out there? Flowers! Who knew? Clean windows and power-​washed deck make me feel squeaky clean – at a reasonable price, with good, fast workmen. Would definitely recommend.
