I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You should definitely chat with Ernesto. He’s awesome and has a great eye for pairing pieces together. Glad to have a great boutique in my neighborhood!

Customer service level is through the roof! I went in three times to buy one item. Most places would get sick of me or start to get pushy, the staff here, especially Meagan, continued to be pleasant and engaging, answering all my questions and offering advice when I asked for it. I highly recommend this store.

I went to window shop and walked out with a gorgeous quartz ring and am going to go back and get the matching bangle. The salesperson, Ernie, was by far the nicest man I have encountered in the customer service industry. He gave me the background on their current collection and then let me shop. He also served me a mimosa! Their jewelry is gorgeous and despite the elegant nature of the store, they are not pretentious at all. Look up the story of the designer, it is also fascinating.

This store is awesome! The jewelry is gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. I just stopped in to exchange a Christmas gift and Grace could not have been more wonderful to my husband and I.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Alexis Bittar’s designs. I seem to reach for his jewelry out of my collection more often than not when getting ready for day or night! I know his pieces are sold at department stores, but the boutique locations (in the country) carry exclusive pieces not available at department stores. I can never walk out of here without purchasing a (or several) pieces!

Love love love Alexis Bittar! At first I thought some of the items were not really my style, but give it a little time and they really start to grow on you. Every piece is unique and different, and I already have started getting many compliments on my new purchase.
My husband purchased a blue Lucite necklace for me for Christmas, but I didn’t LOVE it, so true to style, we went back «just in case» there was anything I liked better:)
After perusing the store for several minutes and with the help of the friendly sales people, I found a few things that I wanted to try on. It’s a beautifully arranged store, with glass cases that you can freely open and look at the jewelry at your leisure. No bugging the sales people every time you want to see something, which I very much appreciated.
Wrestling between a Lucite heart necklace that came in white, grey or red, I was torn on which one to get. The sales person, noticing my hesitation, found a different, way better heart necklace adorned with Swarovski crystals. That sealed the deal, SOLD! Of course, the one with crystals was more expensive than my original necklace, but c’est la vie. In the end, I’m so happy with my necklace!
All in all, great store and I am now sort of obsessed with Alexis Bittar jewelry. I’ll be back for sure! Great addition to the neighborhood and the fabulous shopping on Damen Ave.
