I wish I could give this zero stars.
I called ahead of time to see if I needed an appointment to have a form filled out and they told me to just come in. When I arrived, I asked them how long they estimated it would take because someone was waiting in the car for me and they said that it should only take 5−10minutes. Well, that 5 – 10 minutes turned out to be OVER AN HOUR. The part that really irks me is that it only takes a minute to actually fill out the form and to top it off, they even filled it out WRONG so I had to call them back for additional information.
This was actually the second experience I’ve had here and both have been horrifically miserable, so I never plan to go back even though it’s located within walking distance.
