Affordable Window & Gutter Cleaning

I called Yanni yesterday to ask about cleaning my gutters. He came out today! He did a great job, is efficient, friendly and affordable. Totally recommend this company!

Yanni literally whistles while he works! I hired him to clean my gutters. He was very friendly and provided great service. He came by to give a free estimate within one day, and was able to fit me in the schedule for the following day. He took before and after pictures of the gutters and texted them to me so I could see exactly what was done. I was very happy with Yanni and I recommend this company!

My service call started with an on-​line inquiry for both gutter cleaning and outside window washing, which was promptly responded to via email.
A question I posed was answered by Yanni himself. Satisfied, I set up the appointment.
Yanni appeared at the appointed hour, and proceeded to complete the job (which was likely a bit more than he bargained for, given the height of my house) quickly and thoroughly.
I’ll most certainly use Yanni and Affordable again, and honestly, given his reasonable prices, I won’t wait as long! Give him a call.

I spoke with Yanni on a Thursday and he came to our home a few days later, on a Sunday. He cleaned the gutters on our two-​story home and unattached garage. Yanni was courteous, friendly and efficient. He was knowledgeable about the work and repaired one of our gutters as well. His price was fair. We will definitely use him again!

Yanni came to clean the windows of our new home on the 4^th of July! When I called to schedule the washings, I let them know we were moving in on Saturday and they said they’d come Friday morning at 8am… which happened to also be the 4^th. He and his partner did an amazing job cleaning the windows, storms, screens, and even the window sills. The windows look beautiful. It is clear he has been in business a long time and really knows what he is doing. We will for sure be using him again!

Just had my gutters cleaned and I am very happy with the service I received from Affordable Windows & Gutters. Yanni responded to my inquiry promptly and came to the rescue despite all the melting snow that scared off other gutter cleaners. The price was excellent and more than fair. I never felt like I was getting ripped off the way you sometimes do when repairmen come to your house. Yanni worked quickly and with a smile. I felt very at ease. I found out they also do roofing repairs & he gave me some advice about some work I need done but never tried to sell me anything. I will definitely call them this spring for roof work… and anything else I might need. So happy I stumbled upon this company & Yanni!

What more can you ask. I’ve had my gutters cleaned every year, and I’m always satisfied with their work.
I’ve had windows washed less frequently, but they do a good job on that as well.
