I love this place… I went to get a haircut but they had a special for Brazilian wax. I couldn’t resist it as I very much needed one… I was pleased with both services… The Brazilian wax was great. This new girl they have is amazing super fast, and friendly… I will be back!

I made a last minute appointment on New Years Eve day to get my hair trimmed and curled for the night, and had such a great experience. Irena was my stylist and she was super easy to talk to and very attentive. She didn’t cut too much off length wise because I explained I was trying to grow it out for my upcoming wedding, but somehow ended up giving me a ton more body throughout without lobbing off a ton of hair from my head! She worked relatively quickly and I got a decent discount to top it off! I will definitely be coming back here, especially because they are basically a full service salon so nails/​facials/​waxing/​makeup can be done there as well. Pricing is reasonable for the caliber of work done.

Just downloaded Unilocal to say how much love this place! Matt has been my barber for years in boystown and kills it every freaking time. I don’t even tell him what to do anymore. Can’t speak highly enough of him and his new spot! Champagne!

Awesome place! Very friendly staff. Polite and welcoming hospitality. I have been coming here to get facials, and I am very satisfied. My girlfriend comes to do her hair here and she loves it. Definitely recommend !

I popped in here on a whim for a pedicure because my usual spot was closed for repairs (and didn’t even call to let me know my appointment was cancelled!). The space is beautiful – bright, lively, and trendy but not pretentious. My esthetician introduced herself to me with a handshake and was warm and welcoming the whole time. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here; I think I’ve found a new «usual spot!» Stop by and check them out sometime – you’ll be glad you did. :)

I’ve been looking for a new stylist for a while now and Irena is great! I’ve received so many compliments on my hair and color. She took the time I needed and squeezed me in on a Saturday. I’m so happy I’ve finally found a stylist that I can tust. I highly recommend this salon.

Imagine one of the coldest days in Chicago and then walking into Affinity: fireplace going, great music playing, gorgeous green and black interior and being asked, «How about a glass of champagne?» !! All this and the PERFECT spa day! Iryna really listens to her clients and is real artist for color — –my hair has never looked better. And make sure you get a facial with Natalie — -she is sheer bliss! All this and another glass of champagne! I won’t go anywhere else!

Hands down, the best salon in the area. My girlfriend and I both go to Irena. I am a dude I know I can go anywhere to get a hair cut, but Irina really takes the time to perfect everything. She is the only person on the planet earth my girlfriend will allow to touch her hair… I leave happy every time knowing I got exactly what I wanted is’nt that a great feeling. I first meet Irina she was working @ Xanna salon spa in the park ridge area. She’s been doing my hair for a few years now, so I decided to pay her homage on the Unilocalverse. If you are in the area I would recommend you stop by. She always uses all organic non gmo products for all you local hipsters. After leaving affinity I know I am always ready to take on anything life has to offer. now, I can truly say” Veni Vidi, Vici” every day because of my epic hair cut!

LOVE this place! Very professional and very GREEN business! Products are gentle on my skin too. I recommend Affinity as your go to salon and spa. I drive 40 minutes to come here.
