I would not recommend this company for bed bugs. Their method is «spray and come again another day» which is not a terribly efficient way to handle the problem. Bed bug eradication is as much about the behavior and actions of the resident as it is about putting some chemicals down, and I got very little guidance from them. They decided to treat my box spring without informing me that there was a tear in the encasement so meanwhile I’m still getting eaten alive every night by the bugs living in my box spring and in my bed frame which they didn’t do a very thorough job with. Turns out I didn’t have to be miserable and there are companies that are much more efficient. You get what you pay for.

Very polite and respectful both the person I spoke with over the phone and the person that came out for treatment. Informative and reasonable prices. My over all experience was good. They also gave me a helpful prep sheet that I can give to my tenant as to what to expect and how to prep the unit before treatment.

I usually have this company out every summer to prevent, and sometimes treat, ants that are very plentiful on our block. They really do a nice job and the guys that come are always very courteous. Eric is especially knowledgable and professional and is one of the main reasons I call them back each year.
My one complaint this year is that I had them out to treat an active any problem and their treatments did the trick. About a month later, we started to have some new ones show up in the kitchen. They sent someone out and charged $ 75 for the follow-​up visit that lasted all of about 15 minutes. That seemed a bit excessive for such a short follow-​up treatment.

We had something big, black and crunchy sounding coming out of our daughter’s vent. One call to pest control and they were here in a hour, even at the late hour. Extremely professional and polite. They got rid of the June bug issue and sprayed to make sure his friends didn’t return. Would recommend Pest Control Chicago to all.

The day before my vacation, my tenant called me indicating she was experiencing rodent infestations. So, that day, I looked on Angie’s List and found them. The majority of the comments/​reviews were ok.
While I was gone, the work was completed.
Today, I visited my tenant to see how things were going. She stated she still sees rodents from time to time. That is expected being that the unit was trapped 1.5 weeks ago.
However, after speaking with her, she stated the technician put down a few traps, and laid some poison around. For this I paid $ 150.00.
I called the owner to find out what all was included in the price. Pretty much what I listed above covered their services. I asked, if the entry points were found, then why weren’t they sealed/​closed off. His response was «that is an additional fee». Really!!! I was charged $ 150 for a 600sq condo that the traps were only put down in the livingroom and kitchen. Ridiculous!!!
I found this company on Angie’s List and I didn’t receive a discount at all.
At no point did the owner suggest compensating for the amount of time spent and what was done to satisfy the notion that I don’t think what I paid was fair. He justified the price by saying that the people hired are qualified and not just anyone off the street does the work. Well, considering that if all that was done was put down some poison and a few traps, then my tenant could have done that in my absence.
I would not use this company again!!!

Stay away from this company. I called them to help me with a rodent problem I had in my kitchen. They arrived late and once they were there they simply layed down six rat traps with no bait. They did not spend more than 10 minutes at my location. Once they layed down the traps they charged me 150 dollars and went on there way. They provided no education on what else could be done. I could have bought these traps for less then 10 dollars and saved my self a lot of money. I feel they took advantage of someone who was shaken up due to encountering this type of problem. Please be aware.
