ADH Events is a Chicago based meeting management and event planning firm, whether it is corporate, pharmaceutical or non-​profit organizations or social events such as (destination) weddings, commitment ceremonies, bar/​bat mitzvahs, milestone celebrations or any other type of social events.

We partner with in-​house corporate planners, marketing departments and executive assistants. This allows for the in-​house staff to focus more time on the contents of their programs, attendees, guests, presenters, sponsors and internal clients, while we at ADH Events take care of all the associated logistics, such as venue and hotel searches, contract negotiations, catering, décor, AV, entertainment, transportation, gifts, invitations and more.

History

Established in 2006.

ADH Meetings & Events was founded in 2006. Each of the key players with ADH Meetings & Events have a minimum of 20 years experiencde in the hospitality, catering, entertainment and meeting and event planning industries with the balance of the staff a minimum of 10 years each.

In addition, ADH Events staff have an international background in common, whether born in different countries, speaking foreign languages or having lived and/​or worked on every continent with the exception of Antarctica.

Alexander deHilster D.

Business Owner

Alexander deHilster was born in the Netherlands and arrived in the United States in 1986. For the past 20+ years, Alexander has conducted over-​the-​road tours throughout the U.S. and Canada, and produced meetings and events throughout North America and Europe.
