Ace Data Recovery was able to recover over two years worth of family photos that we thought were gone forever. The drive was damaged well beyond what I thought was recoverable, but all of our pictures were recovered intact. Everyone I worked with was very professional throughout the process.

These folks were recommended by Western Digital. And I am delighted with the service and result. My WD external drive fell off a table and I could not make it work (clicking sound which I later learned meant that the heads were sticking). I brought it in and they recovered everything and all in the files as they had been. This is much better than at another firm in CT which recovered some of the files but many were corrupted and none had their original names (so I had to go thru and rename or delete each one). The key element here is that they have their own secure lab and are in walking distance from the Blue Line Cumberland station. Brett Johnson was especially helpful. I strongly recommend ACE.

I had a 3TB Seagate external drive crash on me. I had 15 years worth irreplaceable photos and music. I called around to find that it is very costly to recover this data. Andrey was very helpful and we were able to come up with a manageable price. Although some of my data damaged, they were able to recover a large percentage of it in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this company.

Outstanding company to work with. I lost a decade of data when a network drive crashed and they recovered everything back. It’s pretty rare to work with a company that truly cares so much about their clients.
