Wow, AAA Liberty Lock is my hero! I tried to be a weekend warrior and replace 2 locks myself. A couple hours later, I’d botched both, and Liberty came to my rescue. He squeezed me in and came out within a couple hours, had an ingenious solution to a piece of a lock that had fallen down into the door (magnet!), and had both locks repaired within the hour. He saved my butt, his prices are lower than his competitors (no hidden costs), and is a really nice guy to boot. I trust him completely and heartily endorse him!

I called AAA Liberty Lock & Door to fix a problem with a door to my garage that would get stuck constantly-​making it very hard to get to my car-…They came within a couple hours after I had called-​super quick!.. Problem that they could have said was something very expensive ended up being just an easy fix for him at a fair price… Very friendly, honest, and professional… highly recommend.

I called AAA Liberty Lock & Door to fix a problem with our building’s intercom and adjust a lock. They responded immediately and fixed both issues within hours in a very courteous, professional and knowledgeable manner. I was very pleased with this service and would recommend using them.

Quick update: I worked with Tom again today, and I absolutely love him! I gave him short notice and he came the next day. He spent a few hours here at my house and is so dedicated and ensures quality. I trust him immensely.

AAA Liberty Lock and Door were wonderful!!! They came in, changed out locks in a timely manner, were very professional and friendly, and answered our questions about adding a storm door as well. They even fixed our door that was broken from the previous owner! Super great, can not recommend highly enough.

Tried to call Liberty to replace my car lock but it isn’t something that they can do. However, the person who picked up the phone stayed on the phone with me to suggest other lock smith around the area that might be able to do the job. He explained to me why they don’t replace auto lock anymore and it makes sense. Then he suggested other options that might avoid me spending a lot of money to replace the lock. The service was amazing and I didn’t even pay him yet. Thanks Liberty for your recommendation and I would recommend Liberty for any consultation and jobs and will use him for any future jobs.

I found Liberty Lock online to fix and repair a DOOR FRAME that got damaged as well as a molding strip and the frame of my door window. He was able to come out within 24 hours and repair everything in a timely matter. I am so grateful for the fast turn around and prompt repair. Great work – timely and helpful! Tom always explains exactly what is wrong and shows you how he will fix it, so you know just what he is doing and what parts he needs. My door was forced shut when a friend slammed it, and he came in a hurry and helped me out even though there was no obvious malfunction. Great service.

Today I had a lock «malfunction» — I had used Liberty Locksmith before — so I gave Tom a call, he was out within 30 minutes and got me inside my apartment in about 5 minutes. He’s quick, clean and professional. I wouldn’t trust anyone else — this guy knows his stuff and he is also fairly priced.

3 ½ years later, Tom was the only call I made when I needed a locksmith.
A week ago, for the second time in my entire life, I locked myself out of my condo. Since I am a smart cookie (sometimes), I didn’t fret too much since I keep a pair of spare keys in a very safe place. I was happy I saved myself some money.
Well, the universe was determined to bring Tom and I back together, because a few days later my key got stuck in the lock. I managed to get it out with some pliers, but the next time I tried it (and, stupidly, before I took 10 seconds and put WD40 in there) the key snapped off.
Well, crap.
Never fear, Tom came out on a Saturday afternoon and saved the day. He was able to get the broken key out of there, and took his own WD40 and put it on all 4 of my locks.
As always, he was lovely to chat with and he worked quickly, but still made sure everything was perfect before he left. He even admired the work he did last time, which I’m also still a fan of.
Needless to say, Tom is still my favorite locksmith. :)

Ok, I actually signed up for Unilocal just so I can write this review. That’s how highly I think of this company and Tom.
So I first called him when I couldn’t lock the back door to our newly purchased condo. He came that day which was a plus. (I had called another highly rated company who gave me a time frame of 3 days!). Well to my embarressment, the lock worked fine, I just didn’t know how to operate it. He showed me and didn’t charge me a fee for coming out to the place. When we replaced all the locks to our condo, guess who I called? He was prompt to call back and scheduled a time to come out that was reasonable given he was extremely busy. When one of the locks had an issue, he came out immediately to fix the problem and we haven’t had any further issues. He is a very very honest, reliable man. I would highly recommend Tom.

I chose AAA Liberty Lock based on the all the positive Unilocal reviews. On Monday, I called to have some locks replaced, and Tom was here by Wednesday. He is very kind, knowledgable and works quickly. I would highly recommend him. Thank you, Tom!

Tom was amazingly helpful today! I had locked my keys in the car and needed help unlocking the door. When I called, Tom said he could be there within 20 minutes. Not only did he show up on time and unlock my car door, but once I opened the car I realized it was dead. He stayed and helped me jump the car and made sure everything was working before leaving.
Such great service! Highly recommend!

Not enough good things can be said about Tom and Liberty. We worked with Tom (owner) directly throughout our whole experience, and he was thorough, honest, knowledgable, and I would HIGHLY refer him on. Liberty has been around for 30+ years, are reliable, they know they market, and will give you a fair price. Tom does not mess around like some of the other locksmiths when it comes to quotes. He re-​did locks for 4 doors in our new condo, 1 of which was very difficult, and as Tom was working on it, we found out it had a faulty lock mechanism, which he replaced as he was changing out the locks.
You will not be dissatisfied going with Liberty, and hope you get to work with Tom. He is great!
