I had bedroom window crack on a really windy, Getting this repaired was an emergency since the window faced the front walkway of my building and the window was about to fall out of the frame. I contacted A-Emergency and within 30 minutes, James Walsh was at my door to fix the issue. He and his colleague were very professional and timely. They also completed the window replacement in a timely manner and provided timely status updates. They were extremely helpful in getting my window repaired quickly and I would contact them again. I would definitely recommend this company.

Please do not use this company for any work. I had a serviceman — James who came out in Aug 2013 to fix my window as a part inside the window snapped. They came back a month later in October to install the part as it was back ordered. The part snapped during installation and they agreed to re-order it but never called me after that. I have tried to get in touch with their office and they have no record of the work being done. I would say that I demonstrated enough patience over the last 4 months before I wrote this review.
