Wow. I can’t say I used their services but the one star is totally based on the attitude of the unprofessional rude person I spoke with on the phone. My great uncle passed and was a terrible hoarder so we needed to have all the junk removed. I called around to get some ideas of how it would work and prices. I was talked to like I was a complete idiot. No customer service skills at all!!! That alone tells me that dealing with these people would be a waste of my time. Instead we found a far superior company that knew how to treat paying customers… WITH RESPECT!

I’ve used A-​ABF hauling for decades and have never been disappointed. Recently, they helped me remove and dispose of the contents of a storage locker which someone else had illicitly used. The contents were heavy, and A-​ABF not only removed them, but recycled them and disposed of them in the proper way. Efficient, reasonable, professional, responsible! Highly recommend.

I will make this a really simple review. There is only one reason that I am not giving A-​ABF Hauling a 4 star rating and that’s the price. I think that it was high in and of itself compared to what other places quoted me on the phone but worse, I got a phone quote that was a $ 100 range between high and low. The actual workman knew what the range was and then charged me $ 10 over the top price. Boooo! There was something a little shifty feeling about that.
On the positive side, they showed up a few hours after I called, no waiting a day or two like some other places I called. It was a nasty job — removing broken up tile flooring and cork subfloor that was dirty and sharp and heavy. The two guys who did the job were really fast and friendly.
The work itself was 4 star but the price made the experience a 3 star one.
