For those of you who are concerned about driving to downtown and dealing with parking, you should not be. I had no problem finding street parking around the corner. The trip is worth while.
Shah, who is the owner, is a very kind, middle-​aged man, originally from India, who has been working in his field of business for over 30 years. His English and communication are superb. He is open for conversation, and is a very humble man; and has a great sense of humor.
He was willing to wait for me after I called and said I was nearby trying to park, around the block. It was already nearing closing time, and I was really grateful that I didn’t make the downtown trip for nothing.
This location has no strings attached. It’s a simple shop within a downtown building that is easy to get to, and located in the first lobby. His employee (before she left) was also nice in directing me to their shop, while I was on the phone with her and walking there.
During my visit there, Shah, was VERY helpful, and made my experience easy. He was very kind and answered all my questions. He has a great attitude, and when speaking with him, can turn your dull afternoon into an uplifting one.
I came here so that I could get my fingerprints done for the Conceal Carry License process. Fees are so appropriate. Not expensive at all, and very quick service. Street parking around the block was reasonable. There is also a Starbucks next door for convenience.
Shah can also notarize ANY DOCUMENT. He deals with: conveyances, quitclaims-​deed, closing documents, mortgages; just to name a few. His service is fast, and you’ll be on your way out within a very reasonable amount of time, and satisfied.

Bureaucracy is a pain, no doubt, but this little place will help you make sense out of the madness.
I’ve been here twice now for a confusing visa application, and both times received exceptional service. Even when it’s insanely busy, the staff keeps their cool and makes sure you are taken care of.
The second time I went in with a question, and required only a $ 2 notarization — but they probably spent 30 – 40 minutes helping me. I wish they ran other government related services.
