I came here since I was in the area the other day for another document that needed notarizing and they too keep the lobby clean, but seems the hoodrats use the place to wait in for the bus if the weather is too hot, cold, snowy, or rainy and nobody should have to see this when coming up in there to take care of their business. Overall it’s convenient especially when you need to recharge your Ventra card and there is no Walgreens nearby. It’s near public transportation and isn’t crowded unless it’s a high traffic period with people coming in for different things. A word of advice DO NOT use the currency exchange to buy city stickers, license plate stickers or paying your house bills with because they charge fees to process these things. Either mail your payment to the company direct or set up an account online to pay your bills direct to the company to avoid hefty processing fees.
